This notice explains how CaseKind Studio handles information submitted through this website. The public product demonstration uses fictional data and does not save the information entered into its search field.
Information we may receive
If you contact CaseKind Studio by email, we may receive your name, contact details, business information and anything you choose to include in your message. Please do not send customer case files, special-category data, account numbers or other sensitive information through an initial enquiry.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to you, understand your interest in the private pilot and maintain appropriate business records. It is not sold.
Pilot workspaces
A separate written agreement and more detailed data-handling information will be provided before any business is invited to use a live pilot workspace. The public demo should never be used for real customer information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
